《私隱政策及收集個人資料聲明》
Privacy Policy Statement & Personal Information Collection Statement

WORFU 和富 – 【夏日疊疊 Fun】（下稱「主辦方」/我們）承諾根據香港個人資料（私隱）條例（第486章）（下稱「條例」）保障所有顧客的私隱。當閣下申請成為WORFU 和富 – 【夏日疊疊 Fun】活動會員時，所有資料將自動遞交至主辦機構。所有個人資料只供內部使用。我們會竭力維護及保護所有閣下被儲存的個人資料、及/或從閣下所收集的、及/或由閣下移轉的個人資料，並將之保密。有關資料將於活動完結後3個月內刪除。請閱讀以下條款以了解我們的私隱政策聲明（下稱「聲明」）：

Worfu (the “organiser” or “us”) respects your legal rights of privacy when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data and this Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement (the “Statement” ) explains our privacy practices. It is our policy to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the “Ordinance” ) of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China ( “Hong Kong” ). Your personal information will be submitted to the organizer automatically when you have registered to the members of 【Worfu Stacking Fun】. The relevant information will be deleted within 3 months after the end of the event. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy and practices regarding how your personal data will be treated.

1. 聲明範圍
此聲明涵蓋當閣下成為我們的會員、與我們登記或要求我們提供服務時所收集及處理的個人資料。當我們的運作受制於香港特別行政區（下稱「香港」）以外的私隱法例時，本聲明將在切實可行並與該等法例相符的情況下適用。

1. Scope of declaration 
This statement covers the personal data collected and processed when you become our member, register with us or request us to provide services. When our operations are subject to privacy laws outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong"), this statement will be applicable where it is practicable and consistent with those laws.

2. 個人資料的收集
2.1當閣下使用我們的設施及服務或瀏覽我們的網站時，閣下有可能會被要求提供個人資料，例如，當閣下登記成為我們的會員、登入網上帳戶、在場內使用設施、進行禮品兌換、向我們提交任何意見和反饋，及/或我們需要核對閣下身份的時候。
2.2我們會要求閣下提供以下個人資料，包括但不限於，稱謂、姓名、性別、電話號碼及電郵地址。
2.3閣下必須提供某些個人資料(在收集個人資料時會列明)。假如閣下未能提供任何被列明為「必須」的個人資料，我們有可能無法處理任何會籍申請或閣下提出的要求，而本公司保留拒絕提供我們的產品或服務的權利，包括拒絕閣下的會籍申請。
2.4所有個人資料將會在自願、公開及公平的基礎上收集。
2.5所有收集的資料只供內部使用，並不會向第三者披露。

2. Collection of personal data
2.1 When you use our facilities and services or browse our website, you may be asked to provide personal information, for example, when you register as our member, log in to an online account, use the facilities in the venue, perform gift redemption, Submit any comments and feedback to us, and/or when we need to verify your identity.
2.2 We will ask you to provide the following personal information, including but not limited to, title, name, gender, phone number and email address.
2.3 You must provide certain personal data (which will be specified when personal data is collected). If you fail to provide any personal information listed as "required", we may not be able to process any membership application or your request, and the company reserves the right to refuse to provide our products or services, including your Membership application.
2.4 All personal data will be collected on a voluntary, open and fair basis.
2.5 All collected information is for internal use only and will not be disclosed to third parties.

3. 收集個人資料的目的
主辦機構將會收集閣下的個人資料作下列用途：
3.1處理閣下的會籍申請，維持及管理閣下的會員帳戶；
3.2提供由主辦機構/我們所聘用的、協助我們向閣下提供服務的服務供應商的銷售服務，或任何計劃或活動的獎賞、電子禮券及服務；
3.3執行閣下的指示、回應閣下的查詢或向閣下提供顧客服務；
3.4進行調查、研究及統計分析，以改善的我們的產品和服務；
3.5組成主辦機構運作所需的顧客資料庫的一部分；及/或
3.6 遵守香港或其他有關地區的任何法律、政府或監管的要求，包括主辦機構或其他類別的資料接收者須遵守的披露或通知要求。

3. Purpose of personal information collection 
The purposes perceived by the organizer will include the following:
3.1  Handle on member account application, maintenance and management of user’ member account
3.2 Provide sales services from service providers hired by the organizer/we to assist us in providing services to you, or rewards, e-vouchers and services for any programs or events;
3.3 Execute your instructions, respond to your enquiries or provide you with customer service;
3.4 Conduct surveys, research and statistical analysis to improve our products and services;
3.5 Form part of the customer database required for the operation of the organizer; and/or
3.6 Comply with any legal, government or regulatory requirements in Hong Kong or other relevant regions, including disclosure or notification requirements that the organizer or other types of data recipients must comply with.

4. 準確性
主辦機構會採取所有切實可行的步驟以確保所收集的個人資料均為準確。主辦機構歡迎閣下在登記時提供準確的個人資料及在資料變更時通知主辦機構以作及時更新。

4. Accuracy
The organizer will take all practicable steps to ensure that the personal information collected is accurate. The organizer welcomes you to provide accurate personal information when registering services and notify the organizer for timely updates when the information changes.

5. 個人資料分享及披露
5.1閣下亦同意我們可披露及移轉（無論在香港或海外）閣下的個人資料予我們所聘用的第三方服務提供者，以協助我們為閣下提供服務，包括輸入資料、管理顧客資料庫、就我們的產品和服務與顧客聯絡的服務（服務提供者可能會就推廣、產品獎賞、禮券及獎賞兌換、銷售、訂購、退款、更換服務及/或送貨服務聯絡閣下）及安全地處置閣下的個人資料（「第三方服務提供者」）。該等第三方服務提供者均對我們負有保密責任，及只可以根據以上第3條所列明的用途（而不可就其自身的目的）使用該等資料（包括直接促銷用途）。
5.2在必要時我們亦可能會為上述3.7條所指明的目的披露及移轉（無論在香港或海外）閣下的個人資料予我們的專業顧問、特許許可人、執法機關、保險公司、政府和監管機構及其他機構。
5.3主辦機構只會在得到閣下同意或表示不反對的情況下使用閣下的姓名、頭像、電話號碼及電郵地址，向閣下提供有關 「WORFU 和富 – 【夏日疊疊 Fun】」的推廣資料。
5.4我們可能會就不同目的（包括促銷和廣告目的）將總體資料在閣下身份不會被識別的情況下與第三方分享，及可能使用此等資料以更了解閣下的需要及改善並調整我們的產品和服務。
5.5閣下提供的任何個人資料將會就上文第3條所述的任何目的被我們保留，並會被我們的僱員、我們聘用的第三方服務提供者及上文第3.7所述的第三方查閱。

5. Personal Information Sharing and Disclosure
5.1 You also agree that we may disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong or overseas) your personal information to third-party service providers we have hired to assist us in providing services to you, including entering information, managing customer database, and contacting us Products and services to contact customers (service providers may contact you about promotion, product rewards, gift certificates and reward redemption, sales, ordering, refunds, replacement services, and/or delivery services) and safely dispose of your Personal data ("Third Party Service Provider"). These third-party service providers are responsible for our confidentiality and can only use the information (including direct marketing purposes) for the purposes listed in Article 3 above (not for their own purposes).
5.2 When necessary, we may also disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong or overseas) your personal data to our professional consultants, franchisees, law enforcement agencies, insurance companies, government and regulatory agencies for the purposes specified in Article 3.7 above And other institutions.
5.3 The organizer will only use your name, avatar, phone number and email address with your consent or no objection to provide you with promotional materials about "Worfu Stacking Fun".
5.4 We may share overall information with third parties for different purposes (including promotional and advertising purposes) without your identity being identified, and may use this information to better understand your needs and improve and adjust our products and service.
5.5 Any personal data you provide will be retained by us for any of the purposes mentioned in clause 3 above, and will be accessed by our employees, third-party service providers we employ, and the third parties mentioned in section 3.7 above.

6. 查閱及改正
6.1閣下有權知道:
6.1.1 主辦機構的私隱政策
6.1.2主辦機構是否持有閣下任何的個人資料；及
6.1.3主辦機構持有個人資料的的種類。
6.2閣下擁有全權及能力隨時改正或修改閣下的個人資料，包括閣下是否希望我們就直接促銷目的聯絡閣下、通知閣下有關新產品及服務或會員優惠的消息，或刪除閣下的會員網上帳戶。
6.3如果閣下對本私隱政策有任何疑問，或希望查閱或改正閣下的個人資料，閣下可以電郵至info@labshk.com。主辦機構在信納有關查閱或更正要求的真確性及有效性後，會盡力依從並在法例規定的期限內回應要求。
6.4根據條例，我們保留就處理任何查閱或改正個人資料的要求向閣下收取合理費用的權利。

6. Your Right to Access and Correction
6.1 You have the right to know:
6.1.1 Organizer's privacy policy
6.1.2 Whether the organizer holds any personal data about you; and
6.1.3 The type of personal data held by the sponsor.
6.2 You have full power and ability to correct or modify your personal information at any time, including whether you want us to contact you for direct marketing purposes, notify you about new products and services or member offers, or delete your member online account.
6.3 If you have any questions about this privacy policy, or want to access or correct your personal information, you can email to info@labshk.com. After the organizer is satisfied with the authenticity and validity of the inspection or correction request, it will try its best to comply with and respond to the request within the time limit stipulated by the law.
6.4 According to the regulations, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee for processing any request for access or correction of personal data.

7. 保密及安全
當閣下向我們提交個人資料時，只有為履行工作職責而獲授權的員工方可查閱有關資料，而他們必須遵從一套嚴謹的指引-關於如何使用這些個人資料。
由於任何系統都有機會被入侵，而任何在互聯網上提供的資料都並非絕對安全。因此，我們無法保證閣下經互聯網上傳送給我們或收到由我們所發出的資料的安全性。

7. Confidentiality and Security
When you submit personal information to us, only employees who are authorized to perform their job duties can access the information, and they must follow a set of rigorous guidelines on how to use the personal information.
As any system has a chance to be hacked, and any information provided on the Internet is not absolutely safe. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send to us or receive from us on the Internet.

8. 個人資料的保留
除非違反任何適用的法例要求，閣下的個人資料會被保留至貫徹收集該等資料的原有目的為止。
8. Retention of Data
We shall take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that we do not retain your personal data beyond the time required to complete the purpose for which the data was collected, except where the continued retention of personal data is required or permitted by the Ordinance.

9. 本聲明的修訂
9.1我們可以不時修訂本聲明。如果我們在使用閣下個人資料的方法上有重大變更，我們會在會員網站張貼明顯的告示，通知閣下有關修訂。閣下同意有關告示將構成充分及足夠的通知。
9.2在有關修訂後，如閣下繼續使用我們的產品或服務，即表示閣下接受並同意受已修訂的聲明約束。

9. Revision of this statement
9.1 We may revise this statement from time to time. If we make a major change in the way we use your personal information, we will post a noticeable notice on the member's website to notify you of the amendment. You agree that the notice will constitute sufficient and sufficient notice.
9.2 After the relevant amendments, if you continue to use our products or services, it means that you accept and agree to be bound by the revised statement.
